This Week at Stanway Primary
Reception
We focused on caring for our world and each other, writing kind messages
Painted the Earth with cotton buds
Got messy making blue & green slime!
In Maths, we practised sharing (equal, fair) with a teddy bears' picnic
In PE, we're getting ready for Sports Day!
Year 1
Explored Science through The Oak Treemeasuring trees with coloured string
Wrote self-reflections for reports
Started designing puppets in DT
Year 2
Maths: learnt positional language (left, right, above, below)
Began A Tadpole's Promise & wrote promises on lily pads
Science: set up an experiment to see what plants need to grow
Another fantastic weekwell done everyone!
