Year 5 Trip to the Science Museum, London!
Yesterday, our Year 5 pupils enjoyed an exciting trip to The Science Museum in London to enhance their learning about Earth and Space. Upon arrival, we headed straight to a 3D IMAX showing all about life aboard the International Space Station, featuring breathtaking footage of our beautiful blue planet! Next, we visited the Wonderlab, where we watched (and even took part in!) some fantastic science experiments. A real highlight was seeing a glow stick being created through a fascinating chemical reaction. After lunch, we explored the Space Gallery, discovering rockets, satellites, and so much more. To top off a brilliant day, we also enjoyed a scenic coach journey through London, spotting famous landmarks such as Big Ben, The Tower of London, and Trafalgar Square.
